By accessing and using Kertaas ("the Site", "we"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Kertaas offers a set of free office tools (documents, PDF, spreadsheets, data, and productivity calculators) that run entirely in your browser. We provide the service "as is", at no cost and with no account registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to damage, overload (abuse), or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Reverse-engineer the Site, run large-scale automated scraping, or copy the entire Site to publish as your own
• Use our tools to process content that infringes copyright or another party's legal rights

4. No Warranty (Disclaimer)

We provide the tools on this Site without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This exclusion includes, but is not limited to, any warranty of accuracy in conversion or calculation results, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors (bugs). You are responsible for verifying outputs yourself, such as converted files, calculation results, or processed PDF files, before you use them for anything important.

6. Intellectual Property

Kertaas owns the design, code, and content of the Site (excluding files you process yourself). Files and data you process with our tools remain your property and your responsibility. We never receive or store copies of them.

7. Third-Party Ads

In the future, this Site may show ads from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) to help cover operating costs. The ad providers manage that ad content, and it sits outside our direct control. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims that ads promote.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, add, or discontinue certain tools, and update these terms at any time. If you keep using the Site after a change, we treat that as your agreement to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Indonesia govern these terms and guide their interpretation, without regard to conflict of law rules.
